My 1999 Civic is making a very loud noise in the upper left portion of my dash when i try to start my car. I really don't think it's because of a dead battery cause my radio still turns on and my lights aren't dim at all. The sound doesn't seem to be coming from the motor at all. Oh and i was able to push start it still. I checked the fuses and none of them seem to be blown?!Anyone with some advise on what to look for or what to do please help
