zero carbon house

Hi

I am an expert in low energy buildings and would like to move to Poynins and build a zero carbon house. It needs to have some agricultrural or wooded land sufficient for growing energy crops etc. If anyone knows of any land for sale (suitable for residential or agricultural use) in the Pynings area or would be interested in my ideas please can you contact me on 07881 811728?
