1 lap = 0.7 mile 3 laps = 2 miles

Cycle Race – 1 lap (BMX or Mountain Bike) Under 12 years or Adult.
Parent and Child – 1 lap.
Main Race – 3 laps of the field. Crystal Trophies for winners.

Poynings village is to have a Public Access Defibrillator. Arrangements are in hand through Henfield Area Response Team, (HART). If you are interested in being trained in its use, sign up on the Fun Day or talk to Mike Airey 857985.
