At the recent Annual Parish Council Meeting, John stood down as Chairman and Mike stood down as Vice Chairman, both after 6 years’ service. They’ll both stay on as councillors, at least until elections which take place next year. They were replaced by Bethany as chairman and Andy as Vice Chairman.
While we’ll miss the leadership of both John and Mike, it is great that we now have fresh thinking leading the PC. Bethany is also on the Board of Trustees of the village hall.
Remember, they are all volunteers, and thanks to everyone who helps out to keep the village a fun, clean and safe place to live.
