Bob’s Café opening times
From the week beginning Nov 5th, winter opening hours will kick in. Before that our usual hours of 10 -5 Mon/Tues/Friday 9am – 1pm Sundays will stay, with Sundays offering bacon sarnies, croissant with homemade jam, tea, fresh coffee or hot chocolate.

Bonfire Rubbish
There has been some material dumped on the Poynings Bonfire that isn’t suitable for burning. Builders waste and an old foam armchair has been left at the bonfire. Please keep an eye out for people dumping rubbish in our village. Any further incidents of unsuitable items being dumped will endanger the future of the event. …

New Vicar
The Reverend Timothy Harford has been appointed as the new incumbent of Holy Trinity Poynings, along with the other 3 churches in the Downland Benefice. His installation service by the Bishop of Horsham will be on Wednesday 28th November at 7.30 pm. He will be moving into the Rectory with his family shortly.
