a) Punnyngs Folly The Street Poynings West Sussex BN45 7AQ SDNP/26/00512/CND The proposed amendments comprise a modest revision to the footprint of the approved infill extension and internal layout alterations. The principle of the development has already been established and the proposed changes do not materially alter the scale, height, massing, use, or overall design approach of the approved scheme.
b) Devils Dyke Car Park Devils Dyke Road Poynings BN1 8YJ SDNP/26/00340/FUL Resurfacing and extension of an existing National Trust car park, including installation of two swing gates, installation of a height restriction barrier, installation of benches and cycle stands, and the relocation of ticket machines.
c) Downmere Poynings Road Poynings West Sussex BN45 7AG SDNP/26/00211/HOUS. Erection of single-storey boot room extension. As part of the works, areas of existing rendered walling will be replaced with brickwork. Additional associated works included.
d) Aviation House The Street Poynings West Sussex BN45 7AQ Ref. No: SDNP/25/04997/FUL. Conversion of existing building to 1no. live/work unit with ancillary office space (Class E), garage, light industrial use (Class E), and storage and distribution use (Class B8) (part retrospective)
