Bonfire Rubbish

There has been some material dumped on the Poynings Bonfire that isn’t suitable for burning.

Builders waste and an old foam armchair has been left at the bonfire.

Please keep an eye out for people dumping rubbish in our village.

Any further incidents of unsuitable items being dumped will endanger the future of the event.

Anyone who drops, throws down or otherwise deposits litter in the open air (even on private land)

commits an offence.

Mike Airey,  Poynings Parish Council.
